This policy explains what data is processed by the application through which the Kyokushin IFK club «Karate Krasnodar» publishes posts to the Threads social network.
Scope of use
The application is used exclusively by the organisation itself, to publish prepared posts to the club's official Threads profile. It is not intended for end users and does not collect data belonging to third parties.
What data is processed
The application acts on behalf of the club's own Threads account and accesses that account only (permissions threads_basic and threads_content_publish, used to create publications). Data of website visitors, data submitted through forms, and data of any other persons is neither collected nor processed.
Why this access is needed
To publish prepared club news and materials automatically on the official Threads profile. No manual account login is required.
Who data is shared with
Data is transferred only to the Meta platform (Threads) itself, as part of publishing from the club's own account. It is not transferred to anyone else.
Storage and access
Access tokens are stored in a protected configuration file outside the public part of the website. Only club administrators have access to them.
